Hey..
I've been having some issues with my game.. first of all, it has frozen up a couple times in the past 2 days and it never has before.

Also, I completed the Rival challenge, where you kill the same person 5 times and it won't complete and give me 250 points. We counted like 8 kills of the same person in 2 separate games and nothing happened.

Anyone have this problem or know why the game would be acting up?



Right now I'm just blaming WAW info that is stored on my ps3.. only because the game is horrible and I want to blame it for something.

What game are you talking about man? WaW or COD4? It's hard to tell by your post since you mentioned WaW near the end. If it's for WaW then I'll move this to the WaW PS3 section.

He seems to be talking about COD 4, and mentioning that WAW data on his ps3 might be responsible for the woes he's having on COD 4.

I don't know about all that, but I do know I've had similar problems on COD4 with challenges not being counted.

I had 1 completion of the backdraft challenge done and was trying to complete the rest, so I put on bomb squad to help me find claymores and such so I could stop and do that. I must have shot literally 8 or 9 claymores over the span of a few games and it just WOULD NOT give them to my challenge completion (still only had 1 completion).

I restarted my ps3 and tried again but with no luck. Came back a few days later and it started giving them to me. Weird.

On a side note, why does bomb squad work and show enemy explosives most of the time, but once in a while doesn't work with some particular dude's claymores at all? What's up with that?

Never happened to me on COD4, but it persistantely happens on WAW although it has got better over the last couple of days. Give it time it should get better it is frustrating though.

Hope you guys don't mind but I'm a noob to this game and I've been trying to complete the challenges but the question is how do I go about completing the challenges? What are the challenges?

I've been doing a bit of reading and I thought I was doing the challenges but I must be doing something wrong becuase my status still says 0 on the challenge completion?

My apologies for the questions but thought it might blend in with the topic.

You simply go into the barracks on the online menu then select challenges. Some challenges will be locked until you obtain the correct rank. I dont no if your talking about WaW or cod4 so i'll just leave it there lol

If the person has UAV Jammer then his explosives don't show for bomb squad.
