Edit Config

I've been wondering, on the PC version of CoD4, you can edit your config or cfg.
You can edit for example the detail settings, and hud settings.

Does anyone know if there's a way to edit your config in the PS3 version? I would like to know if it's possible, and if it is, how I can edit it.
