Default Question about 1 shot 2 kills...

I have seen 1 shot 2 kills with a sniper. It hits someone and then the bullet hits the person i back. My question is, does the bullet have less power when it hits the second person so its not as damaging?

It may lose some velocity but they usually slice through a body fairly easy. Its the objects that take away hit power.

But the 2nd person is at a different angle, so a headshot on the 1st one could be a torso on the 2nd. Or a torso on the 1st person hits the 2nd in the legs...

Yep, as alpha said, it'll lose some velocity after it exits the first persons body, therefore won't give maximum damage to the second person. Some people claim that Deep Impact helps but in my opinion I reckon it doesn't since it's only designed to make bullets penetrate through walls. It's actually called the Collateral Damage challenge in your Barracks. There's a few threads like this around here.
