Ok i just started playing multiplayer online i'm on level 23 and have some perks , but the problem is i don't know how to use them, i worked on getting the acog for the SAW but how do i apply them to the gun, WTF am i doing wrong....... thankx in advance

When you have unlocked the ACOG scope for SAW go into Create-A-Class then primary weapon, LMG, SAW, ACOG scope, (whatever color you want) and you're done

Also within create-a-class you will see perks numbered 1 to 3. select each one of them and choose your desired perks.
