Before I decided to make this thread I searched for sniping maps and their was only one thread. It did not have any information relevant to me so here goes...

I have been sniping alot latley. I use the m40a3 with stopping power, iron lungs, deagle, claymores. I do not have acog I have th standard scope.

I was wondering if anyone could reccomend some good sniping maps for me? Some easy ones where I can see alot of the map so its easy to kill people. I cannot kill people without the scope yet but beleive me I have tried. So far I like crossfire the best.

And also. Do you think the m40a3 is better than the barret 50 cal? They are my 2 favourites.

i snipe in pipeline , overgrown , crossfire , creek they are the easy maps th hard ones are like backlot and strike i use m40a3 becuase the 50 cal has a big kick and m40 is more accurate

i just snipe in any map. i'll only change my gun to teach those uav jammer nobs a lesson. try in any and see how it goes.

Best moment in CoD4: Me vs a whole team in SnD. There team had seven guys and i just marmalized them. When i saw that i earnt a chopper it just made me so damm happy.

I snipe on maps like Strike (my favorite to snipe on), Bog, Creek, Bloc, and occassionally on Overgrown. I actually prefer 50cal over M40a3. Although M40 is the most accurate, 50cal has a huge damage per bullet. Not to mention, it is semi-automatic so I can take successive shots faster than with M40. M40 and 50cal are the only sniper rifles I use. I use M40 before I get the 50cal.

Snipe on any map, just switch the gun depends on the size of the map. Just try and stay out the choke points and close quarters

uhm shipment is probalbly the best

Shipment is the best for teaching quick scopes. Its not the best for camp sniping lol.

probably most of SAS maps, showdown and crossfire.......... I think the M40 is better because the barrett has too much recoil

I like any map... Wetwork is lol cuz theres a lot of countersniping, but I also like bloc, strike and crossfire.

I prefer the Barrett because of its power. AccurACY and recoil isnt a problem. Ny way, Did they glitch the stats for barrett?
