modded controllers ruin the game, playing snd on chinatown the other day, rapid fire g3 through the wall a hundred times killed me even though I wouldve in every other scenario owned him close quarters with my mp5

When the PS4 comes out in a few years (no controllers, motion sensitive), we won't have to worry about modded controllers anymore. Not sure if I like the whole motion sensor idea though..

When the PS4 comes out in a few years (no controllers, motion sensitive), we won't have to worry about modded controllers anymore. Not sure if I like the whole motion sensor idea though..
exactly, they already have a motion sensitive thing, its called a wii, and I like my controllers, but thats a different topic, anywho, I think they should be able to tell when a modded controller is in use and ban that person from live/psn

It'll be a hell of alot better than a wii, I can assure you. I reckon that Sony shouldn't allow generic controllers (knock-offs) to be used on PS3s, it'll be a bit more expensive to replace your controller if it ever breaks but at least it'll prevent people just going out and buying a turbo controller.
Although, they can never really stop people modding their own controllers, not for PS3 anyway.

$50 a controller is enough. on my 3rd one just from playing COD4. My L3/R3 buttons wear out from running and stabbing. There is white powder around the joystick and it will randomly look down at the ground when moving.
Modded controllers don't bother me. If you're cheating and I still kill you... then you suck.
