There's a few threads about favourite perks already dude, a tonne more to do with favourite weapons too.

Whats your favorite gun and perks?

But for the sake of the thread, my favourite guns are the M4 carbine, the AK47 and the G36C. The perks I use are Bandolier, Stopping Power, and Extreme Conditioning.

my favourite perks for a lmg are 3 frags and stopping power, for an assault or smg its bandolier and stopping power
