Was a triple post really necessary?? Just hit the special grenade button when you die, if you've got Last Stand on, and you'll throw a grenade instead of a flash/stun. As far as I know you have to get rid of your original grenade before this will work though. It's been ages since I've done it because Last Stand is one of my least favourite perks.
