right o.k boys, iam level 55, have the gold deagul, and gold LMG....however...for some reson i cant see them as gold. I go on youtube and i can see the guns as a nice ''bright gold'' in the video. However i go into game and my guns look brown. When i know for a fact ive unlocked it and my graphics are showing it, coz i can see it in youtube....any ideas?????

u are running in Shader model 2.0 or u ahve a grfx card with only 2.0 support or specular is off

go into options-graphics-specular map-yes
specular map will give everything a shine... even the DEagle in its previous state will look chrome..
it also adds more sunlight and a shiny reflection on scopes...

Yup Specular Map is the one to turn on, this makes a change to the look of the game especially if you play Wetworks the deck becomes reflective. I have attached 2 pictures 1 with Spec Map on (top) and 1 without (bottom) ...

Are you sure you are doing the correct steps at all? remember, first deagle is chromed, and you get a second one golden. Select that one. And the lmg actually isnt golden, what you do its to add a camouflage to it (golden). but a question. Do you only have the lmg only? because you get the golden camo after finishing the headshot challenges, but i recall that i unlocked golden camo after completing EVERY SINGLE weapon challenge, with every single i meant all guns in the game. not sure ifyou played xbox first and i dont know how it works there. but i didnt received the camo after completing all guns in the pc version.

Check the camos. maybe you didnt added it, or maybe you still dont have it available.

i have this problem too....but i have two questions....how i can get colourful words?and how i can get "bright gold" weapons?i have all golden weps,but those looks like bronze and brown....i have spec map turned on....nothing happened!i need help....it not really important but i want my golden weapons to shiny!need some help plox!

turn ur specular map on...goto texture or graphic i dont remember...then click on the "automatic" button, and it should change to say "manual" and 3 options pop up, and everything is set to either low or extra, now turn them (all 3) up to at least normal and ur guns shoiuld be shiny and dont forget spec map!!!! colored text is simple
press the ^ button. its shift + 6 on keyboard...and it will change color like this:
^1(letter) will make ur text red, and i think ^6(letter) will change it back to white..iforget if its 6 or 7 but yeah u'll see
