COD4 multiplayer no sound

i have a problem with thesound evrything shoots i hear the sound but i cant hear the airstrike on the way or uav inbound sounds or the sound when gaz sez team deathmatch i dont know what sound card i have
i have the cracked version of the game
i can run call of duty 4
my videocard is radeon9600 pro have updated that
plz help at least try
