we are all waiting for the sixth instalment of cod but do we even know if there is going to be one? has IW relieze any information yet

Well I have a theory. Call of Duty World at War has no number at the end. I'm thinking Activision will give the "5" to IW's next release. They dropped the number when they first moved to consoles and had other studios working on them. IW made 1,2, and 4 so far and I believe they will make "5".

On Topic: if you think IW isn't make a sequel to CoD4 you're crazy! It's the number one game on XBL right now. I dont know about PS3 and PC but I know they've sold at least 10 million copies of their game. They have a solid base of super hardcore fans that are just waiting for the next one to come out.

They aren't going to release any information about the sixth game until after the COD: World at War comes out.

COD dropped the number from the rest of their games.

yeh i wish they would just tell me now cause cod:world at war is supossed to be great i wonder if 6 will be good

I am sure IW will remain true to form and COD6 will be even better than 4. COD4 will probably be an afterthought when they make their next release. Honestly though I wonder if they will stick with the modern theme, possibly even go more futuristic like Ghost Recon, or maybe even go back to something such as Vietnam. Who knows really? Whatever they decide I am sure it will be good.

Are COD5 and COD6 coming out right after each other?? It would be strange if they did that.

No, COD 6 will probably be late next year at the earliest.

all i know is that 5 is gonna suck because they're going back to WW2 where the guns had no cool attachments and when UAV wasnt even invented yet
